How Our Service Process Works
A simple overview of how we schedule, prepare, and complete your mobile service appointment.
Parts & Deposit Policy
Customers pay for parts and labor. We usually purchase parts before the appointment and bring them to you. At the beginning of the appointment, you pay for the parts and 50% of the labor cost. After the work is completed and you check everything, the remaining 50% of labor is paid.
Mobile Service Area
Mobile service within 10 miles is free. Appointments located more than 10 miles away may include an additional travel fee depending on distance.
